Welcome to Indian Wild Safari. By using our website (indianwildsafari.com) and our travel services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Important Disclaimer (Ad-Safety Clause)
- Private Entity: Indian Wild Safari is a Private Travel Agency. We are NOT the official forest department, and we are not affiliated with the Government of Uttarakhand or the Corbett Tiger Reserve.
- Service Fee: Our package prices include professional service fees for expert itinerary planning, documentation assistance, and premium hospitality management.
2. Safari Planning & Guidelines
- Permit Allotment: All safari permits are issued by the Forest Department. While we provide expert guidance on the best zones (Dhikala, Bijrani, Jhirna, etc.), the final allotment is subject to government availability.
- Operational Authority: The Forest Department reserves the right to close any zone due to weather (monsoon), safety, or administrative reasons. Indian Wild Safari is not liable for such government-mandated closures.
3. Documentation Requirement
- To process your safari planning, travelers must provide valid, government-approved Photo ID (Aadhaar Card, Voter ID, or Passport).
- The Original ID used during planning must be presented at the park entrance. Entry is solely at the discretion of the forest officials.
4. Booking & Payment Terms
- A specific advance payment is required to secure resort bookings and initiate safari documentation.
- Prices are subject to change if the government revises entry fees, taxes, or fuel surcharges.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Safari Permits: Once a permit is issued by the government, it is 100% Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable under any circumstances.
- Resort Stays: Cancellations for hotel stays depend on the specific resort’s policy and the notice period provided.
- Management Fees: Our service and consultancy charges are non-refundable once the planning process has started.
6. User Conduct & Safety
- Travelers must follow all National Park rules, including no littering, maintaining silence, and following the guide’s instructions. Indian Wild Safari is not responsible for any fines or penalties imposed by forest authorities due to user misconduct.
